We invite you to begin with a New Client Consultation. This personalized conversation allows us to learn more about you, your needs, schedule, priorities, and expectations. We'll discuss the types of assistance you're looking for, answer your questions, and determine the concierge services or service package that best fits your lifestyle.

Existing Clients

Current Luxe Life clients may use this page to schedule Personal Concierge Services based on availability. Concierge appointments can be used for a variety of personalized needs, including errands, shopping and returns, household assistance, administrative support, organization, appointment coordination, vendor management, property-related tasks, and other approved concierge requests.

Because every client's needs are different, services are customized based on the nature and scope of each request.

Scheduling Your Appointment

Select the appropriate appointment type, choose an available date and time, and provide the requested information regarding your service needs.

Please include as much information as possible when scheduling so we can properly prepare for your appointment. If your request requires additional time, special arrangements, purchases, travel, third-party coordination, or other accommodations, a member of Luxe Life may contact you before your scheduled appointment.

Payment & Service Packages

Payment is not collected through this scheduling page. Any applicable service fees, prepaid service packages, reimbursements, or other charges will be handled separately in accordance with your Luxe Life service agreement and payment terms.

Scheduling an appointment does not replace any applicable service agreement, prepaid-hour requirement, or other established client terms.

Changes & Cancellations

We understand that schedules change. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide as much advance notice as possible. Appointment availability is limited, and adequate notice allows us to better accommodate all Luxe Life clients.
